Attention All Food Vendors: A Harris County Temporary Food Permit is required. Each vendor is required to obtain a permit and should be purchased no later than two business days prior to the event to avoid a late fee. If a vendor has more than one booth, each booth will need a separate temporary food permit. Any vendor that does not purchase their permit within that timeframe will incur a cost of twice the regular temporary permit fee.
